The site describes the home watch services offered by Ridgewood Property Solutions. Home watch is a visual inspection of a home or property looking for obvious issues. It is not a home inspection, cleaning, repair, property management, security guard or insurance service.

Home watch services are provided only under a separate written service agreement. If anything on this site conflicts with your service agreement, the service agreement controls.

Quotes and information on the site

Information on the site is provided for general purposes and may change without notice. Quotes requested through the site are estimates until confirmed in a written service agreement.

Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site, including by submitting false information, attempting to interfere with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Reviews and submissions

When you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is truthful and your own, and you give Ridgewood Property Solutions permission to publish, display and edit it for length on the site and in our marketing. We may decline or remove submissions at our discretion.
